Returns

We do not currently accept any returns on any hair accessories. Please review our exchange policy below regarding clothing. All sale items are final sale, no refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only accept exchanges if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the exact same item due to one of the issues above, send us an email at rosiesbowtique20@gmail.com.

Exchanges will be accepted for shop credit in the amount of the subtotal paid (before taxes & shipping), only if the original item is no longer available. All exchanges must be initiated and sent back within 2 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges will be the customers responsibility.
